At LifeSpan Fitness, we want you to be fully satisfied with your workout experience. If your equipment isn't the right fit, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or log into your account to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within the 30-day window.
Prepare for Pickup
Ensure the equipment is disassembled and placed back in its original packaging with all included manuals and accessories to avoid restocking fees.
Schedule Shipping
Once your RMA is approved, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup for large equipment or provide a shipping label for smaller fitness accessories.
Receive Your Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
